Chef/owner Tom Huggett has spent the last 13 years developing his cooking skills alongside exploring several continents in search of new experiences and food cultures. Starting as a teenage kitchen assistant in the Austrian Alps, cooking breakfast for hundreds of hotel guests in British Columbia, and more recently working on board superyachts in Abu Dhabi and Monaco working for several high profile families.

‘’Being based in Devon has had a huge influence on the decision to start my own mobile kitchen. The local farmland provides a huge inspiration for writing new menus and as a chef it truly makes you appreciate what is available right on your doorstep.’’

We’re passionate about local ingredients and independent suppliers.

Our delicious brioche and olive oil buns come from the awesome Boat Yard Bakery in Exeter. Emma and the team put their hearts and souls into their delicious range of breads, pastries and savoury goodies and it only made sense that we matched the quality of our handmade burgers with show stopping buns.

We are proud to have such a well regarded supplier of meat at The GSK. Greendale Farm Shop has become an institution in the Exeter area for high quality produce and you can be assured that all of the meat they supply is sourced either from their own farmland or carefully selected local suppliers.
